Question about HP Officejet 5610 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Computer won't install software correctly. Says registry key does not exist, issues stopping installation are:
What do i do?
I used the live chat feature on HP's website. They guy I talked to reminded me very simply that the disk I was using to try and install the printer software did not support Windows Vista, which i what my computer is operating. He gave me a website and I downloaded and installed the Vista version of the printer software. I works perfect now!
(I'm sorry I can't remember the software, but live chat is great and they should be able to give it to you right away if you ask for it. Or you could always google it)
