You mean the data green light?
pls turn-off your maching for atleast 30 sec.
then make a test print 3 mins after the machine turned(3mins for 8045,4530,4510, etc.)
if stll just green blinking and no printout, possibly there is a message displayed on the screen why does it printing

There might be a jam, make sure there is p[aper, the ink cartriges aren't empty and that there are no jams. Make sure that the printer driver has been correctly installed on the computer and that the printer is recognized and securly connected on both ends.
