How to play movies with a 6 cd changer

2007 chrysler pacifica with a 6 cd changer already in it - dealer installed 2 headrest dvd screens for us when we purchased it - when we put a movie into the cd changer it begins to play on the screens but then it gives the option to play movie/widescreen/fullscreen and won't go any further - but we don't know how to push play on the 6 cd changer (we've tried every button and read the car manual)? wondering if there is a remote we didn't get?
