Shutter button lag

The Camera Is Quite Cheap, No Offense. I Myself have had this problem. I Believe it is caused by the software or the lack of processing power in the camera. Sorry if this doesnt help. But i tried.

How big is the memory card?
Do you use internal memory?
How old is the camera?
How much has the camera been used?
