Question about ASUS Intel 810 Chipset MEW-AM Motherboard
I have a HP Pavilion 7920 with Phoenix BIOS Core
Version 4.06/Revision 2.10 dated 5/8/01, on an ASUS Motherboard CUW-AM/MEW-AM. I upgraded the
OS successfully from W98ME to W2000Pro and am now trying to install more RAM
(from one 128MB to two 256MB cards), but need a BIOS update to get the system to
recognize and use the added RAM. Do you know how/where I can get the proper BIOS update?
My email is email@example.com.
Try locating your bios etc. on asus's website:
128 to 256 seems like you should not need an update. Are you putting in a second 128 stick, or replacing a 128 with a 256?

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
