Im afraid they stop making those parts you may find the parts in a tv repair shop from and old tv just look around will come across one sooner or later

Check with Samsung first, most of their TVs and monitors come with a 3 year warranty and if you open the unit it will void the warranty.

The power supply board is repairing right the tv should work find and a external power surge protector,will protect it from a power surges in ur home.The repair warrenty,should cover u at leat 6 moths and $300 is a fair price,if extended the life of the tv power supply board for a few years.

Check the power source?Try unplug,replug tv an hour later.Let the tv resetting itself back to factory setting.The tv should work now.No,LCD tv have common problems power supply board died alot.This tv is new,call Sharp for warrenty repair.

you need to be vigilante in your efforts to have the problem repaired under warranty this is an intermittent fault and they are obligated to address the problem in a timely manner, contact management, contact the manufacturer. put the wore in to warranty it works good luck

14 month old Prima 36 inch lcd tv takes 2+ hours before on.


If you purchased the warrenty extra above the cost of the tv Sears will allow you to purchase another extended warrenty. Contact them and let them know your extended warrenty ran out and you would like to buy another. I would leave out the part about the tv being broken.
