Sony DVP SMPS unit fault

I have a defective Sony DVP with SMPS. The SMPS is defective. On check up found the fusible resistance in the path of AC input is blown off and pin No.5 of Oscillator IC is burnt off. Requst your guidlines to proced further. Also let me know, how to confirm the working condition of Switching transformer both in cold and hot tests. Thank you.

Hello,
You can get complete power supply as one part from Sony. You can't repair it on component level because components are not available.
