Latop fault

IT seems the starts.vbs file is located in your startup folder which forces it to run when windows is starting.
Kindly check the following folder:

If you are using Windows XP you need open "C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Start Menu\Programs\Startup" and delete each and every file inside this folder.

If you are using you can find the startup folder here: C:\users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

You can type the above path in windows run box which you can access by pressing the Windows key + R (Windows key is located right at the bottom of your keyboard next to Alt.

Note: while typing the path replace "username" with your windows login name

Hope this will help you to resolve your issue.

Feel free to revert for any kind of further assistance

How to put songs in itunes

Upon connecting your Motorola phone to your PC, open your memory card, then open the window where you want to copy your music to - say 'music folder'.

There are two ways to get the music on your phone.
1. DRAG AND DROP / COPY AND PASTE.
Select the song(s) that you want to transfer. To select multiple songs, hold down the CTRL key while selecting.
When you have finished selecting, either you press CTRL C in the iTunes window to copy the songs, and press CTRL V in the opened folder that is to contain the music on your phone, ie, the 'music folder' to paste the songs, or
from the menu>edit>copy, then, in your destination folder, right click and paste, or
While still holding down the CTRL key, (for the case of multiple songs), drag the songs out of iTunes, onto your destination folder.

2. FILE LOCATION
The second method adopts the file location technique, and is slower.
Select the song, this can only be done one by one.
Right click, select 'show file location'.
It would take take you to the file location on your computer.
You can then copy it to your music location on your phone.

Hope that was helpful?
Take care.

I cant open my excel file, it said " File couldnt be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct." i opened it from its folder, so it couldnt be that i've...

it's possible that the folder where the file is located may have a very similar name or path to the one where you're trying to open the file from, inside excel. double check not only the file name but the entire file location
for instance
if you have
c:/mydocuments/myfiles/myexcelfiles/file.xls
would be different from
c:/mydocuments/myfiles/myexcelfiless/file.xls

the look very similar but the folder where one file resides is myexcelfiless and the other folder with the same name resides in myexcelfiles, the difference is only one letter.. so please double take your time double checking!

I need to find a website from a year ago and it's not listed in my browser history. How do I find my complete browser history that is stored in my computer?

Firstly, make sure that your folder options are set so you are allowed to see the hidden files. To do this, go to any folder and click on Tools, Folder Options, and the View tab. And click on show hidden files and folders.
If you are using Internet Explorer, there is an index.dat file located in your user folder:C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5 In order to see this folder and the index.dat file you either need to be logged in as another user, or type in the above address location into your start menu - run and press enter. It will take you to the content.ie5 folder directly. Otherwise, you'll only get to see your temporary internet files. Make a copy of this index.dat file to your desktop and then change the extension to TXT so you can open and read the urls in notepad.
Also, there is another directory: C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\History\History.IE5 in which there is another index.dat file and can have more folders with index.dat files in them. Do the same for these files and you'll have your URL list. Depending on how the machine deletes your history, if you can't find your URL, then it may be permanently deleted. If however, this has helped you, please do rate me. Thanks

My.freeze.com

freeze is full of adware and other bugs and trackers too. Many FREE products on the internet are. My search, free emoticons (u no the 1) and many gadgets are this way.
Aside from backing up your personal files and doing a recovery, it is very hard to remove them completely for your computer.
(XP)Disconnect from the internet(unplug line)then you can use add/remove in control panel. Then go into file system...open a folder and then hit show folders in the command bar above the main viewing area. The files will show to the left. Click plus sign next to My Computer, then next to local disk. Then programs. Look for and delete the folders that are obviously from freeze. If it won't let you then open those folders and delete the items inside, one at a time.
Now, go run a search for freeze and tell it to look in hidden and system folders. Delete the stuff you find, being carefull not to delete some part of another program.
Now, go back to filing system, to below program folder and click plus sign next to Windows. Scroll down to Prefetch folder and open it. Click edit, select all and delete those files. Restart
