Because your Radio is not power up so you have must change the EEPROM of your radio from Radio Service Shop, because your old EEPROM all data erased. Normally during update failure this not happen and Radio powerup, only programming of radio erase and LCD show no program and thid fault can be rectify when again updating process run, but your problem is not like that, your radio is not powerup, so you need to change EEPROM then your problem will be solve

SET/UP EXIT

Hit the "+" quite a few times until you get to "MEDIA POWERUP"

Hit SELECT

Use the +/- keys to enter the password (1234)

Hit SELECT - you should see a small - and + button on the screen on either side of MEDIA POWERUP (if not, repeat previous steps)

Hit the + sign until you get to NO MOTION

Hit SELECT to exit MEDIA POWERUP

Hit the + button to go to the next item HEAD CLOSE

Hit the + sign until you get to NO MOTION

Hit SET/UP EXIT to save changes (permanently)

Open and close the printhead to check to see if it worked!!!

Well I think if you a tester test the battery if it is fine. It is not absolute sure that the battery is fine because it shows it is fine from the laptop.

If the battery is fine then there is something wrong at the connection of the battery with the motherboard.
