Question about Dell Latitude D610 Notebook
Dell Latitude D610
When I try to start up:
1. Power on
2. Dell bios screen comes up and loads
3. Screen goes solid light blue
4. Stays this way
5. Ctl/Alt/Del does not work
6. Power off is the only thing that works now
To me this sounds like a screen or video card problem. I would try to run the dell dianostics program underthe f12 boot menu or by downloading the disc image off of dell drivers and downloads page.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
