Will fill, agate, but will not drain. is there a reset button?

if u meen the earth its inside follow the lead to inside

does the machine fill up with water? if you were to put the machine in drain/spin, does it drain/spin? if water comes in and it doesnt drain/spin, then your lid switch is bad. if the machine fills with water, drains but doesnt spin, the your motor coupling is worn.

Check belt underneath has not broke or come off.

Check to see if the filter has been cleaned. Possibly it is blocked and that is why it is not draining.

Remove the lower front panel 3 screws across the bottom. Pump will be behind this panel.

Open your control panel.
Disconnect then reconnect your timer wiring harness.
If this does not correct the problem,replace the timer.

sounds like the water valve check for supply taps make sure there on test solenoid's on valve for ohms Resistance or closed circuitif open replace water valve

it may apear that not agatating when you lift lid
try a load in it and see if machine extracts dirt and watch drain water as it goes through cycle
the agatator is a 2 part thing and the top part rachets around as it washes pushing on the top of the load to stop washing floating

I have the same problem with my GE washer (GJXRP080B2WW). We started the washer before going out and when we came back home. The cycle finished and the cloths were clean but all wet! I then tried again and it did fill water and drain but didn't agitate or spin. I checked the lid switcher, the timer and the agitator which are fine. However, the motor belt doesn't move and it seems the motor doesn't work when power was on. There are a lot of wires connected to the motor and I don't know which one to check to be sure power goes to the motor. Could you please help me? Thanks.

BTW, I didn't find any Reset button or the start capacity...
