I recently had to reformat my acer laptop because of the virus "long live sowar." However, I lost my original installer so I had to replace my Windows Vista home premium with Vista starter. Now my laptop screen looks stretched. I don't know hot to fix it.
its an issue with the screen resolution....try changing the resolution setings by right clicking on desktop & go to personalize & then change the display settings.....set the resolution according to the width of your laptop.....for e.g if its a 15inch laptop, thn the screen resolution should be 1024x768....try changing the options for the best view....
