A "sin" card would be awesome, but I'm sure you mean the "sim" card! Every phone has its specific procedure for copying contact numbers to the sim card. Some do this by default. Some must have a setting selected. Most have a very simple way to select individual contacts to be copied to sim, from the "context menu" - press the button or key that displays the symbol with three horizontal lines. Note that sim cards have a set limit of the number of contacts that can be copied: if your contact list is large you may only be able to copy some of them. This limit will also apply to defaults chosen in settings. When the limit is reached copying will either cease or existing contacts on the sim will be overwritten. There will probably be no indication when the limit is reached, so you won't know that contacts are not being copied or overwritten. In other words, the sim contacts may be incomplete, so don't rely on this method for backing up your large contact list.
Unfortunately, the nokia C3 does not support the copying of contacts to the memory card and vice-versa. You can only copy contacts between the SIM and phone memories. You can do this by highlighting the contact you want to copy and selecting the options then more button. This would ask you if you want to copy to the other memory. Hope this helped you?
1. To copy your sim contacts to your new Xperia x10, you first have to copy your contacts from your old phone to your SIM card. 2. When the copying is done, move the SIM card to your new phone. 3. From the "Home" screen, find and tap "Phonebook" then Press the "Menu" key 4. Then tap More > Import contacts > SIM card. **To import all contacts, press the Menu key, then tap Import all (To import one contact, tap the contact, then edit the contact information and tap Done). Hope this helps!-jayps
Its very simple. There a option of copying contacts from Phone to Sim in Contacts Option.
Just choose that option adn your phone contatcs will be copied to your sim card. Remember one thing, the sim card has limited memory so it will be saving only 200-300 contacts.
Go to your contacts management in your phone . Hope this helps!
Contacts Management Menu 8.5 This menu allows you to copy all of the information from your SIM card, e.g. name, handset number, etc. to your handset. If a name is duplicated during the copying operation, the information is also duplicated. You can copy the entry from the SIM card to the phone memory. You can copy the entry from the handset memory to the SIM card (not all the data will be copied). You can delete all entries in the SIM card or the Handset. Press the [END] key to return to standby mode. Service
