Get a DMM (Digital Multi Meter) and test the wires behind the factory radio one by one looking for 12+ volts when u power the radio on and 0 volts when u power it off. This will be your remote wire.

I have't IR remove control. It's broken. What's can i do to control this amplifer?

You can run a wire from the fuse box to the remote wire at the amp. Find a ignition switched power lead out of the fuse box inside the car that way the ingnition switch will turn the amp on and off .

12 volts to amp, when connected no volts, it turns on in my friends car.

The ampliflier require an amount to power volts to perfrom. You friends car may have a power stabilier installed to produce appropiaet supply to stereo systesm. usually, a direct wire from the engine to the amplifer may least function as manufacturers default specifcation. If the amplifer performs at all, a fuse is blown to protect the devices in wiring cuircuits. if the device functioned in another car, it is not damaged. Consult with an auto electrician to attain appropiate wirign or acqurire the component parts to wire the vehicle. Important notes. Each device usually will have an instruction on installing. However, the power source from engine depending on type of vehicle may require regulators to share the current to stereos amplifiers and speakers.

Where is the best place to ground a amplifer in a truck without getin that humming sound

Hi what ever location you find under 18" from the amp you must clean it down to bare metal and bolt the wire tight also rca wires are run down opposite site of vehicle then the power wires. If you still have a humming sound check the ground on the radio make sure your not getting it primarily from the antenna. If its still there you can try a noise suppressor sold at bestbuy or radio shack ect.

I have a 2003 lexus es300 that the radio seems to work in but i get no volumn. i was told there was an amplifier fuse but i can't find a fuse that is blown. like i said, radio / cd player come on, but no...

have you checked the fuse box?
It's located on either the right or left side of the engine.
At least in the 2002 ES 300, there are two fuse boxes.
One is under the hood, a long black box with a removable lid on the driver's side, above the wheel well. The second is also on the driver's side, inside the car, close to the door; it is behind a pocket door that comes out if you open it up and pull gently up and out.

Sentrek amp

That company went out of business some years ago, so it's difficult to find the specs or pictures of it to be super accurate, but generally speaking it should have a "Battery", "Remote", and "Ground" set of terminals and a pair of spaker terminals each with a positive and negative. The battery terminal goes to the battery, the remote terminal goes to the remote output lead (usually blue/white) on the head unit, and the ground terminal goes to the chassis of the car. The speaker terminals go to the speakers (observe positive and negatives).
