2 questions. First I would like to sign up for live chat? I've attemtped to do that a couple times and couldn't get anyone to respond? I know it cost more and I'm willing to do that.
Now onto my problem. I have Nero. I am attemtping to burn some data CD's of files with pictures with about 20 pic's in each separate file. My lap top is Windows and my lap top is also Windows the same version of Windows XP. They both also have Nero on them.
When I burn the CD on my labtop and put the CD into my other computer I can't open the files. It gives me this message:
FileE:TomDCIM100NCD70DSC_4801.JPG could not be opened.
So how do I get this CD to work on my other computer after I burn the CD on my lap top?
Let me know how to up grade to live chat and how to open my CD.

You can obtain a free nero burning rom 9
download and a serial key emailed to your email from ahead software / nero by
signing up to the free trial - this will let you use the software legally as a
trial for around 15 days, during this time you can burn dvd, cd and other media
After the trial is over, you must purchase the program, if you can't afford the
program and if you want to get it cheaper than what they are asking for it, buy
a new CD/DVD burner that has nero software included those generally cost around
20 to 30 $ from www.newegg.com
if you can't afford that either, then there are free alternatives to nero. For
a great program that will get the job done, it will burn your cd and dvds for
free. Download -http://cdburnerxp.se/

The drivers should install automatically once the optical drive is installed. (Assuming good power and data cable connections) This optical drive may have come with a CD/DVD burning program when new. If you have the original CD, you may be able to use that program depending on your OS.
Process -1 ) You can do it by burning the CD with Nero Express Software. Install the Nero Burning Software and then select the option as make DATA CD and then add the files to be written and then select the speed at which you want to write the CD and then Click BURN.
Process- 2.) In this you can directly add the files from "My Computer " by right clicking the folder or the files that need to be written and "Send TO " the "CD/DVD Drive ", Then u can find the option in your CD /DVD Drive " Write these files to a CD" select that option type the CD NAME and the speed at which the CD to be written and then click "Next". Thats it.
Your question was not quite clear "then show them on my computer"
1.) You can use a third program software like nero.
To use nero, you have to "purchase" it first, then install nero, then open "Nero burning ROM" application usually either under
"program files\Ahead\Nero\Nero Burning Rom\nero.exe"
Program Files\Nero\...\Nero Burning Rom\Nero.exe
Select the option CD-ROM Iso, then select multi session(if you want to add pictures later) or no multisession (if you dont want to add pictures later)::: For example, your CD takes abour 700MB of data, but you only have 10 pictures @ 30MB or so then you most likely to use multisession.::: Then click on the "new" button to start compiling your cd.
Then you can add your files into your compilation. You can give your CD a name by either double clicking on the little disk icon to your right in the first nero and changing the name OR by selecting "File" from the menu, then selecting the "Compilation properties" option, then click on the "Label" tab, and change your cd's name there.
All you have to do now, after you have given your cd a name and added files to the compilation is to find and click on the "burn" icon located in the nero bar below the "file, edit, new menus".
2.)If you have installed nero, you can also use Nero smart start 2 complile your CD. Benefis: Much quicker and easier to use.
