Question about Sharp PC Desktops
I can't find a table of Sharp error codes.
Do all documents have this problem? Then I would contact an authorized Sharp repair center.
If there's only one document that does this, it could be a corrupt or very large file that the printer can't handle. Try sending a single page of the document instead of the whole thing.
Isn't the AR-M350U a "Corporate" multifunction device? Then your vendor should be providing warranty support or service contract support for it. Check with the vendor before getting involved with another company.
