•Remove the Side Panel from your CPU Case gaining acces to your Motherboard
•Remove the RAM Card from the Slot
•Just brush the golden colour parts at the end of the card slowly with your nails or use a Good Quality Eraser.
•Also Check if the power plugs are connected to the MotherBoard,Hard Disk and the Optical Drive are connected properly.
After doing all the above,your PC should be working properly.
If you still find it not working , Ring A Local Computer Technician and ask him to chk your PC.
