I cant get my screen to the right size it keeps going from side to side

You have to go in input on your remote and change size

Quick answer - not specifically to change font size, but to change whole screen size
The whole screen size can be magnified (zoom in) by simultaneously pressing CNTRL + ; the reverse operation (zoom out - what you want I think) is performed by CNTRL - (press cntl and + keys simultaneously)

Or change (increase) the resolution of the screen by right clicking a blank a blank area of the desktop and selecting 'screen resolution' in Windows 7 or in XP one the tabs similarly labeled, and increasing resolution if not at max already.

Hello, it seems like your display settings are incorrect. Right click on the desktop, and go to display properties. Then go to settings and adjust the screen resolution to a larger size.

Firstly log on to the computer and get in the main/desktop screen
now press and hold the "Ctrl" key, the "Alt" key and the right arrow key togather .. the screen will rotate. Keep hitting the right arrow key on the keyboard with the Ctrl and the Alt key pressed unless the screen is back to normal.
If it does'nt work you can also try this:
Go to Start>> Control Panel>> Display icon>> Settings tab>> Advanced button>> Intel(R) Extreme Graphics tab (or whatever your video card is)>> Graphics Properties button>> Rotation tab.
It should work

1. Use the video conversion software from the CD for adjusting
video to correct size before transferring to the player.
2. Check the system requirements for video conversion on page 34.

Once video is converted u could use Windows Media Player 11 for
transfers. A short guide on WMP11 for putting files onto the device:

1. Have WMP11 always on top for "drag and drop" usage
Right click in the head of the WMP11 page:
in Tools > Options... > Player : select "Keep the player on top ..."
Restore Down the size of the WMP11 screen and adjust the size on the
edge(s) as you require for your screen.
2. in [Library] mode: under Playlists "Create Playlist" e.g. "My Playlist"
and Enter: "My Playlist" is added on the right screen side.
3. Open your data maps and ad files by drag and drop method
onto the right saying "Drag items here"
4. when ready adding files in [Library] mode: "Save Playlist"
5. in [Sync] mode drag e.g. "My Playlist" under the connected device
and "Start Sync": wait until al files have synchronized: a message
will show up when you can disconnect the player.

the screen size feature is gray out because there is a previous option selected already and computer assumes you want always that size.So going into the menu and try to look for a previous selection related with: "screen size default". The menu allows you to selec this option and (i like to "standard" and i adjust screen size with my cable box feature who allows change size also if is needed, but now days cable box change it itself because is automatic) is install in the original program by manufacture because helps you to keep one size and you don't have to change it any moment. This default option is outside the regular screen size option, if i remember right is in set up screen. try to find this options in your user's manual to follow the right screen procedure..

What type of screen do you have? If it is a CRT (rather than a flat panel) it is probably due to the screen alignment.

Go into the menus on the actual monitor and look for something called Horizontal Alignment (or similar). You should be able to move the whole picture left and right. You may need to play with some of the other settings (e.g. Horizontal Size) to get it just right.

Hey there stuart cdm, the task bar problem can be solved by scrolling down to the taskbar and right clicking on it to reveal a box which has properties listed on it. Left click on properties, and choose your options, you can uncheck the keep the taskbar on top of other windows option. You should also experiment with the other options checked to see which ones you prefer.
The size of the internet screen can be adjusted by clicking on the box next to the red X at the top right corner. then move your pointer to the right or left edge of the window and go back and forth until the arrow appears. When the arrow is visible, hold down left button on the pointer, and slide side to side until you get the size you prefer. You can also do this for the top or bottom, or on corners it will give you a diagonal arrow and allows you to expand or shrink the window easily. You can use this function to adjust the window size for any function and your pc should remember your last setting and keep it until you change it again. Good Luck!

I have the same problem and discovered that the right side of the screen had "spread". When I draw a line from the left to the right using Note Pad, the line ends up about 1/4 inch above the stylus. What I had to do is touch the stylus about 1/8th of an inch above the center of the digitizer target on the right side.
