Can anyone give me contact information for Kodak Customer Service? I think I need a new printhead, but cannot find anyone who can help.
I think I also need a new printhead...but do you think I can find one? I have searched Walmart, Staples, and every small computer business in my area...I can't even find one online...I have tried cleanings, printing test pages, calibrations, everything listed in the trouble shooting guide. Please don't tell me I need to buy a new printer, since I just got this one 7 months ago. I need this to work because I am an online student, so any help to get this resolved quickly is appreciated as I am getting behind. Thanks.
-   Printer worked last night fine. Tonight my husband wanted to print something and no black ink. He has less patience with this stuff than I do & mine is limited. I got on Kodak's website and went through a diagnostic tool which eventually told me I needed a new printhead.
So I gave them my serial # name & address and it says it will arrive in 2-5 business days FREE. I found this site because I could not believe it would not cost me a bunch. Husband going out to look for new printers! I called to stop him! :-)
I love my Kodak EasyShare - we've had it about a year and printed probably 200 or more pictures and lots of other documents. Good value for the money and excellent quality pictures. I'm even more delighted that they will send me a new printhead for free. Only problem is we can't print anything until it gets here. Hope this solves the problem!-   Sea7Shell

-   Have the same problem you had, the color would print but not the black. I called the 1-800 number you provided, went through all of the "tests" and the guy said I'll send you a new print head....Didn't ask for warranty, money or anything..... Yeaaaaaaaa!!!

They don't sell these in retail stores (according to Kodak Cust. Service). I had an issue where I was not able to print out black ink. Color worked, but no black. So I called 18004216699. I then Had to patiently go through all the basic trouble shooting stuff like calibration, print head clean, demo print (push the copy button and photo button at the same time), etc. Once I went through that with them and still had the same issue, they proceeded to issue me a new print head for free, no shipping charges or anything. Just did this today, but they say I should have the print head in 3 days.
For once, service worked like it should! And to boot, they are sending new black and color ink cartriages! Good job Kodak!
The AiO Printer support number direct line is 1800 421 6699. It will be extension 4. They do quote about 3-4 days but most times it is there faster than that.
for US and canada the contact number is 1-800-421-6699 for UK it is 0870-2430270.........for australia it is 1800 793 895...........if anyother country....then specify and i will give you the contact number.........
Go on their Troubleshooting website...I did that last night and apparently it's a common enough problem that they'll send you a free Printhead if your printer is still under warranty...

Printheads are difficult to find. The best thing I have found is to contact the manufacturer of your printer and see if they can point you in the right direction. Since you have a Kodak printer, their customer service number is 1-800-421-6699, and their open from 9 A.M. to midnight Eastern time, 7 days a week. This number will be directed straight toward the printer customer service rep. I hope this will help out.
