As there is no software for this keyboard, how could there be separate functions for the Fn keys?
The F keys are whatever your hardware (computer) says they are. http://support.logitech.com/product/keyboard-k120#download

Have you installed the SetPoint software? If you have, you can program certain keys on the keyboard thru the software.

Logitech key board

if your special function keys aren't working properly while the rest of your keyboard is, then likely your problem is a driver problem. The keyboard should have come with a driver disc you can use to re-install them -or- they can likely be found at www.logitech.com. My advice would be to re-install the drivers for your keyboard (or "update" them). That will most likely fix your problem. Make sure you install drivers intended for Windows Vista, as many drivers for other versions of windows may not work properly.

Scroll Lock on -- mystery

On the Logitech LX710 Lazer the Scroll Lock option is toggled by holding down the "Function" key and pressing the "Pause/Break" key. If you look at the P/B key you will see a little orange symbol of an arrow pointing down to remind you of this feature. This can be disabled in the Setpoint panel by selecting Keyboard and Keyboard Inactive Keys then place a check in Disable Scroll Lock so you may have to remove a check mark first.

Function keys

Have you installed the software which follows with the keyboard? The function keys are usually activated via a software which often follows with the keyboard, probably on the driver CD.
