Contact the college for help. It's probably something incompatible with your browser.

I keep getting a error message ssl handshake

The SSL handshake is initiated when your browser issues a secure connection request to a Web server. The server sends a public key to your computer, and your computer checks the certificate against a known list of certificate authorities. After accepting the certificate, your computer generates a key, and then encrypts it using the server's public key. If the SSL handshake fails, your connection to the Web server will not be secure, potentially compromising your business communications. If you cannot make a connection to secure sites when the handshake fails, you know the handshake safeguard is working properly. Test your SSL functionality by intentionally causing the handshake to fail.

Other possilbitiy is the SSL is out of date.

I keep getting a creating helper failed error on my screen. Whats the problem?

It is a problem with Visual Basic and not being able to back up a file. Here is a fix but it may not mean much!
"You can try removing the VBA from inventory and then deleting its folder on the vmfs. The VBA will be recreated on the next backup.
If that doesn't work or you are unsure on how do that then I would suggest opening a ticket with support and they will look further into your issue.
You can do that from the web site ( SUPPORT -> Contact Support )"

In other words, try running CHKDSK/F after downloading the latest updates for your OS. CHKDSK/F will fix any errors at the place where the backups are being made on your hard drive.

Hope this helps.

I keep getting this error: Intel® Express Installer < The application failed to initialize successfully-(E0441203). Actually when installing the mother board drivers, there has been a power cut...

The failed install has messed Windows itself its integrated installer has been corrupted.
The easiest way to fix that is to reinstall, otherwise you will gonna have to manually delete all partially installed drivers, clean the registry and perform a Repair install.

Doing a system recovery and on Disk 8 it tells me: Error cannot copy X:WINDOWSSMINSTAPPSDTADTA.LST and it I enter ignore it gives me other files, any ideas

disk may be damaged or just keep trying the entire process until it works if either of those dont work i would suggest just using a win installation disk and then download the drivers at the manufactures web site

Windows tries to configure photo gallery and Microsoft .net framework pops up and tells me an unhandled exception has occurred in a component in my appliciation. Click continue and appliciation will ignore...

Cancell out the install. It will take several time, but it will stop.
Then:
Go to Microsoft's web site and download the newest version of .Net Framework. I believe 3.0 is latest.

I'm am trying to play age of mythology and after the movie ends, error appears and states "initialization failed".

Initialization failed

This means that the game is attempting to initialize hardware such as the video card but has failed

This can be caused by a number of factors.

1. Your hardware does not meet the games hardware requirements
2. Your hardware requires farther configuration to run the game properly

if you are certan that the game supports your hardware you may need to perform
some extra steps to get your game working

"Failed to initialize" is an incomplete error message because it does not tell you what exactly failed
a more complete error message would read "Failed to initialize the video subsystem" and then it would give an error code such as Error Code xxx telling you exactly what error code to look up
to determine what exactly failed.

Most of the time when a game says ( failed to initialize ) that means a video issue
this may mean missing files or wrong versions of files or incompatable hardware.

I have a Compaq Presarion 1425. I am trying to remove the administrator block so that my sister who is in college can download things from her school. A message about administration comes up when she is...

If running Vista: Try the following
Open up Control Panel, and type in user account into the search box. You'll see the link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off". Click it. Uncheck the box, and reboot your computer. You should be done with administrator prompts! Now, Microsoft highly recommends that you do not do this. A little red X shield icon plants itself in your taskbar, telling you about the security risk. In Control Panel, go to the Security Center. On the left hand side, click the "Change the way Security Center alerts me" and choose "Don't notify me and don't display the icon (not recommended)"

Just by a wild chance the "block" isn't coming from your sisters colleges web site?

I keep getting gateway error 504 all the time. help please

hi,

Resolving 504 errors - general
This problem is entirely due to slow IP communication between back-end computers, possibly including your Web server. Only the people who set up the network at the site which hosts the Web server can fix this problem.
Resolving 504 errors - CheckUpDown
Use of proxies and caching is increasing on the Web. Our CheckUpDown robot will always try to 'drill through' to the real computer that actually hosts your Web site, but we do not have complete control over where our HTTP request actually ends up. If only one link in the chain of computers dealing with our HTTP request is broken, then an error such as 504 can easily occur.
Please contact us (email preferred) whenever you encounter 504 errors - there is nothing you can do to sort them out. We then have to liaise with your ISP and the vendor of your Web server software so that they can review the flow of IP data traffic between various computers under their control. However this is not an easy error to sort out, because the ebb and flow of Internet traffic makes this type of error very transient.

please submit your rating to help me improve my statistics...

Thanks and regards...
