Just go to HP's website and type in the search box drivers.
It will ask you what kind of Model do you have. Once you have selected it it will show a list of drives over there with classification.
Select the sound driver and download it.
Install it.
Your sound problem should be solved

No audio output device insalled

You can download any/all the Windows XP or Vista device drivers for your model laptop from the Toshiba WEB site from their download page. Make sure you enter the model of your laptop so you can get the correct drivers. Use this link :-. http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp#

Hi there,

There may be a problem concerning drivers for WinXP.
- it seems like that Vista is the supported software, however,
try downloading this update software for your laptop, from HERE:
if this doesn’t work, I´d suggest that you go back to Vista.

Hi you may need to install the correct codecs. If you do not have the right ones then window media is useless.

Try the codec package on this site.

HP812C and/or Epson LX300+ dot matrix Printers installed to a HP V3431 lap top computer would not print.

Download the latest drivers from the manufacturer websites rather then relaying on the old cdroms - they are probarbly outdated and made for XP.
