Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
Try going to Start, Settings, Printers.....then right click on printer icon, choose properties and look through tabs for anything that says enable spooling etc and make sure those are checked. If that fails go to Google and search for Canon BJC-4400 print drivers. Download drivers and try reinstalling. Make sure you delete current printer before reinstalling drivers. Good Luck. PS... printers are pretty inexpensive nowadays...you can sometimes find them as cheap as $40.00 at Office Depot or Office Max etc. I've actually ended up buying a new printer instead of buying new ink cartridges because of low printer prices!!!!
