most manufactures of blue tooth devices use a 4 digit pass or pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111 or 9999 so if you can get you phone to pair it will ask for a pin or pass code try these i hope this helps
please ensure blutooth is on in the moto and the blackberry and its set in a "discoverable" mode..after that search for bluetooth devices in range and connect..if it asks for a PIN the usual code is four zeroes 0000

the same thing happened to me. enter the pin of your phone in both phones. It should work it did for me. you shouldn't have to enter it again. good luck
hold the bluetooth on button while the phone is in pairing mode this is how it finds it and if it asks for a pin at the end
ok this is simple they dont put it in the books but i found out going to the techs.
when it gets to the pin type in 0000
1234 or 12345
i dont know why they dont put these in
