Sometimes your computer wont let you download and install a program because of your firewall and security settings. try to download and install again and see if you see a small bar pop up just beneath the tabs telling you something was blocked. click on the bar and select install or download or whatever it may say it will be the first option. if this bar does not pop up and you still cannot download go the start menu select the control panel. select security settings and turn off the firewall and try it again it should work.
