There are lots of good sources for parts. One website that has an excellent part finder is Whether you decide to buy it there or not, it can help you properly identify the part you need. Note... Westinghouse might also be listed as White-Westinghouse in the searchable list there.

How to fix a broken window pane in old windows that dont come out

Remove the Broken Glass

Put on some heavy gloves that will protect you from the sharp edges of the broken glass.
Carefully remove the glass from the window. Some will pull out very easily, but others will take some persuading. Use a heat gun to soften up the old glazing compound, and those last pieces will come out with no trouble.

Clean the Window Frame

Once the broken glass is removed, prepare to re-glaze it. Use a small wire brush to clean off all the residue on the window frame. If the window is old, apply a bead of linseed oil with a brush. That will condition the wood to bond with the glazing compound.
You'll probably have to warm up the glazing compound by kneading it until you can make a pencil-thin bead out of it. It takes a little practice to get the consistency just right, so don't worry if it's not perfect the first try.

Measure, Then Order the Glass

Measure the area to be glazed, write down those measurements and take them to the hardware store. When you order the glass, you need to be as precise as possible with the dimensions.
At the hardware store, pick up a package of push points -- little triangles that will hold the pane in the frame. You'll just push those points right into the sides of the muntin bars. For a small pane of glass, use two points on each side of the glass around all four edges of the pane.

Apply the Putty

Hold the putty knife at an angle and smooth a bead of putty out in one motion to get an even line. Once it's dry, you can paint it.
To keep that glass crystal clear, don't clean it when the sun is shining on the window. The sun will cause the cleaner to dry too quickly, leaving streaks.

Window fuses

Try spraying silicone lubricant spray in the glass channels (rubber beading thru which glass run up and down). If this stops fuse issue then you need to change those glass beadings.

Power window wont go up

You will find that the window rubbers are dry, The solution to this will be get a candle make sure the candle edge goes inside the rubber, then just pull it around the rubber, all this does is help the glass to slide in the rubbers, You can even use white grease which comes in a spray can or WD40, only trouble with the WD40 is it will smear on the glass, but will work fine. This will solve your problem.

I have just started making my own jewelry using beads. How do I stop the beads wearing against the thread?

If you are using beads with rough edges, it's more likely to wear the thread away. You can buy a bead reamer which is tool used to smooth down edges around the holes of the bead.

2003 subaru outback mirror glass replacement

You need some bathtub silicone sealer and some black electrical tape and a couple of small wooden blocks. Carefully break out the cracked mirror. WEAR gloves and glasses when you do this and have a bucket to catch the falling glass. Make sure the mirror back is clean and put a bead of silicone around the back of the new mirror. Keep it about 1/4 inch from the edge and some dabs in the center portion. Place the mirror on the back and tape one edge down using a wooden block for a spacer. Then do the other side. Make the tape snug so it squashes the silicone and leave the mirror alone for 24 hours. After that take the tape and blocks off and you are good to go. Hope this helps.

My Linkasink is leaking at the bottom edges.

You need to seal from the outside edge and I would use a clear silicone made for use in wet conditions. It wouldn't hurt to put a bead around the bottom edge as well.

How to install glass into a wooden door 4 panel

Hi, you know where the glass runs along the edges their should be some sort of beading that holds the glass in.
This is in 4 pieces and runs along the edge of the part where the glass is, they are usually nailed in with small tacks.
you know the edge of the glass nearest where the glass touches the door, the frame is usually rounded and tacked onto the actual door itself. Gently sanding the frame should reveal the tacks then gently pry off with thin screw driver. This can split but can be purchased for pennys just ask for window beading ok.
Once these are removed its best to use silicon or window bond when you put the new glass in as this will seal any leaks for water and will protect the glass from shock.
Then replace the beading but be gentle as you can break the new glass if you are to heavy handed.
Let me know how you get on ok
