go into call and put in #06# and note imei number that comes up. Next phone the mobile network provider and tell them you want to check you phone got connected properly to their network when you purchased it , give them the mobile phone number and the imei number if they ask for it.
If it is a pre paid phone you may need a recharge of credits onto the phone. The dealer or assistant should have done this for you if needed and explained the pre paid system to you if you are on pre paid. You may have an internet portal with the mobile phoine network provider that can manage your pre paid.
If the mobile phonw was connected via wi fi you should have an application somewhere on the phone to manage recharging credits. if pre paid
You can't do it on the mobile data if your credits are zero.
