- my sansa m250 reads intializing but does nothing else when its connected to my pc. when not connected it reads finalizing update but does nothing.- Guest

hello
sir you have to give your device hard reset .
Enter to restore the unit to the default factory settings. Press Select to confirm. Press Power/Menu to cancel.
