Question about HP PSC 1210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My problem is my printer will not feed the paper into the machine for printing.
The first time this started happening was right after I was trying to print something and heard a rather noticeable snap, as the paper went through. It sounded as though something had broken inside the printer, relative to the paper feed mechanism.
I don't know anything about taking this printer apart. But it looks as though this is probably what I will have to do. I am going to check online to see if I can find information on how to disassemble it.
If I can save this printer, it would be great. I have been really satisfied with it.
Appreciate any help you can send my way.
Open the door at the back of the printer and clean the rollers.
Unplug the power cord at the back of the printer while it is still on and then after 30 seconds plug it back in.
If it will still have the same problem then there is a problem with its sensor.
