The cell phone is only working when it is in the speaker mode. The only way to hear a phone call - incoming call, (ringing) or placing a call the phone needs to be in speaker mode. I can only talk when it is in speaker mode. Anyother mode the phone does not work. The phone is less then 6 months old.

Built in earpiece (speaker) is not working. The phone will work in Speakerphone mode. The issue started immediately after I first set up a bluetooth hands free headset. I'm hopefull there is a setting that can be reset. I truly do not want to walk around with that bluetooth thing on my head!
