Restart your computer.
As you restart computer keep pressing F2 button (first row on the computer keyboard)
You will enter BIOS.
Change your password there - delete whatever password there .
Press Save to exit.
Your PC will restart.
Now you can get into the PC.

Locate and download a program called
"OPHCRACK"
Insert disc and restart computer:
Set
your bios to start from the CD:
Just press F8 or whatever
the screen says for the BIOS settings and/or options..
Set the
boot option order to CD first rather than second or third.
The
program will run and it will start to recover the passwords(s)
