Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I just got a sansa e280, and I have installed sansa media converter on my computer. I changed my USB mode to MTP and it shows up on my computer as a removable drive, but when I open sansa media converter, the screen shows "no available player" detected. So now I can't add pictures or videos to my mp3...
please help me!
Thank you very much for your time! help i have to same problem I have sansa fuze I open the media converter but it says no device detected
Set the device to MSC mode (default is Auto) in the USB properties on the Sansa device. This worked for me with a Sansa Fuze on Windows XP running Sansa Media Converter 1.0. Hope this helps.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
