You see, I posted
these tips about downloading applications through our carrier's data plan. If this is your case, take a look at them. Anyway, in case you keep being unable to downaload applications, try to make sure the market application is not running, either by resetting your phone (press and hold the power button for a couple of seconds, until a context menu comes up, and select 'Power off'', and, then, after your phone is powered off, press and hold the power button again, to turn it on), or simply killing the market application process (from any of the home screens, go to 'Start > Task manager'. Wait a while for the applications list to be updated, tap over the 'Market' application, and select 'End application'). Then, run the market application again.
