DEAR SIR, I have a laptop of acer aspire 5500z series model no. fl50 i have problem that the internal mouse pad is mistake nd now not useble for me so pls ask me how that problem to be solve.


not 100% sure of your query but will have a go. If you have deleted the drivers for the mouse pad then you can get them here. If the mouse pad just doesn't work you can plug in a usb mouse and that will work.

To unlock the mouse pad (Touch pad) try pressing Fn + F6 (or F7).

The curser of my acer aspire 5570 is not working but when i use a usb mouse its working? how will i be able to use the curser using the censor of the laptop?


go to the device manager from > right click the My computer icon> properties> Hardware > device manager > mouse properties or mouse related properties and check for device status and device conflit

you can just remove the the driver and reinstall the driver if you have the laptop cd with you

and you can get the status wether it is desabled or not and wether it is working or not
