Screen is broken on a toshiba LCD (Wii system accident) can the screen be replaced.

Unfortunately once the screen is broken if you want to repair it, it might cost as much as a new LCD.
You can give Toshiba a call and see what they say the cost will be.

I have a 52" Toshiba


in general cracked lcd panels cost more than the tv is worth.. depending on model panel replacment run 1500 to 2000.. and physical damage is not a warrenty item. do you have a toshiba or a rca the decription says you have rca r52wm24 which is not a lcd. that is a tube tv. and if it is cracked that definatly can be fix or replaced cost effective.

Does anyone know the part number to the protective screen cover? My son just accidently threw the Wii remote and cracked the protective screen. For his sake, please someone tell me what the part number...

Sorry, that's not fixable. The display would need to be replaced. Since the display panel is most of the cost of an LCD TV, it's usually almost as expensive to replace the display as it is to replace the set.
