Printhead doesn´t print

I´ve changed the printhead of SP35, after I´ve printed about 60 cards.At one moment it stopped to print and send a message the printhead is not located in position to print.
I tried to fix it, I took out the printhead and reinstalled it.But it doesn´t print
again with the same message.
