New batteries won't charge on Jet3 Pride Chair. I've pushed the reset button and have voltage from the receptacle. Thanks if you can help!!

Page 40 shows a diagram that covers it all.

Next after confirming that everything is connected correct,plug the chair in like if you where going to charge it,

I want you to check your ammeter if the needle moves to the center of the gage your charging if not you may have a bad charger.

What I would suggest is taking the cables back off of the battery and plug the charger into the wall. Then check for voltage on the two cables. If you are not getting any voltage, then the battery charger is bad. And will need replaced.
