Lets make sure the all battery terminals have the correct cable ,heres a web sit that you can go on to double check.http://www.pridemobility.com/pdf/Owners_Manuals/US_Jazzy/US_Jet_3_Ultra_om.pdf

Page 40 shows a diagram that covers it all.

Next after confirming that everything is connected correct, plug the chair in like if you where going to charge it,

I want you to check your ammeter if the needle moves to the center of the gage your charging if not you may have a bad charger.

Good luck hope i was helpful

What I would suggest is taking the cables back off of the battery and plug the charger into the wall. Then check for voltage on the two cables. If you are not getting any voltage, then the battery charger is bad. And will need replaced.

What does my tss300 power indicater keep flashing left to right but won't move. batteries are fully charged and reset is set?

The chair is more than likely in free wheel. There are two levers under front of the seat (yellow). Pulling them forward should place the chair in freewheel and pushing the levers back should place the chair in drive. Once in drive mode, turn power on to reset joystick.

I just bought a jet3 ultra and it looks new, but battery is dead. How long should I let it charge up? I have the power cord. Do you have it sit in it to make it go? How do I get it to go?

If the battery is dead I would have the batteries load tested. Let it charge 12-14 hours. To operate the chair push the power button and push the joystick in the direction that you want to go.

My chair wont charge in either of the charging ports

It's either a dead charger or dead battery(ies). You will need a voltage tester meter to check. First check the charger by setting your meter to a setting over 24 volts (your chair is a 24 volt system). Test the voltage at the charging port by placing the two probes into the two outside ports (there's three ports in a triangle...test the two opposite ports.) You should get a reading in excess of 24 volts but less than 26. Now plug the charger into one of the ports and check the voltage again. If the voltage is now higher than the first reading, your charger is working and you will need to replace the batteries, if it is the same, your charger is bad.

Jet3 ultra power chair wont charge

If you have access to a voltmeter, put it on your battery then plug in the charger; if the voltage rises that will tell you that your charger is working.

Sounds like your motors are gong out. You`ll need to get to a reputable dealer for further diagnosis.
