Handspring Neo Needs repair/hotsync

My Handspring Visor Neo (purch in 2001) was working one day and stopped the next. There were no battery warnings, so I know the batteries were still OK and I hadn't dropped it recently. I am going to buy an iPhone very soon, but need to back this up one more time so I can transfer my data.

My cradle connection has not worked for a few years. I have to back up using an infrared connection to a PC, although I work on a Mac. Most recent backup was about a year ago. I have the latest version of the Palm software (4.2.1) that will work with the Neo on the Tiger OS.

I think it may just be the on button that isn't working. Any assistance you can provide would be most appreciated. I am willing to pay for help in firing this back up again and retrieving my data.

Please let me know if you can help either fix the on/off button, the cradle connection, and/or help retrieve my data, or refer me to someone who can.
