Question about Acer PC Desktops
Hello again smi2, we did remote support that one night, You really need to take the laptop to a professional, no one, really no one can solve this problem here, I spend too much time on that laptop and I know it needs a fresh windows install and if that doesn't solve the problem you have a possibly faulty laptop in your hands, best to take it to a professional who can do physical work on the laptop to figure it out, possibly needs to replace the motherboard, who knows.

You need to go to acer website and download the drivers for your notebook... or try going to control panel and add hardware. list of hardwares will come up... all the hardwares that has a question mark beside it needs the driver to be installed. right click that device and click install option, it will look for necessary driver on your system and if it says it didn't find anything. your last resort is go to the website under technical support and downloads.
