Question about Toshiba Satellite A215-S7422 Notebook
Suddenly, while I'm using the computer (I think it happens only when I'm on line, but I am not completely sure about that), the screen goes black, and the blue power light is on. To get the computer to work again, I have to shut it off by keeping the power botton pressed for a few seconds, then turn it on again.
The computer is new (baught in February), Windows Vista with all recommended updates are on. This problem shows up while it's plugged on to the outlet, or on battery.
I fixed this same problem using a registry scanner. Here's a link to a good free one:
I've used this one and it sped up my computer by quite a bit. Hope this helps.
