This is all about touchscreen. This is not working at all. Mobile is just 1 year old. Still is in extended warrenty but I don't have warrenty docs with me. Please help me in this. How it works once again.

You dont have to htink about the documents now a days.you are registered online and you dont need to provide documents to claim your warranty period. so go ahead to the customer care and replace it.

most places only give you a 1 year parts, now if you bought a extended warrenty then it is longer, what I would do is read your agreement, it should tell you, and if there is a phone number, call.
I can tell you now that unless you paid for an extended warranty it will now be up. So unless you paid for a 5 year warranty you have no chance of it being fixed unless you pay someone to do it.
1st off if you bought a extended warrenty then just take it back where you bought it.
2nd if you didn't get the extended warrenty then the optic lens and deck are probably going bad here is a site for parts.
If you bought the extended warranty, you need to go where you purchased it and they can look it up on their computer system. If it's out of warranty, the repair cost is debatable. Between 125-175 average. 50% of the cost.
Even though the washer was repaired under the warrenty, now that it is more than a year old, any repair req'd will be chargeable, this is the case with all manufactures, unless you took out an extended warrenty.

Your General, "Return to point of Sale" Warrenty expires after 1 yr, unless specified otherwise, however some manufacturers extend this past 1 yr extending to 2-3 years sometimes, however repairs/replacements must be dealt with the manufacturers after the 1st year has passed.
Pioneer has a repair service center in California. Look up warrenty and service repair on their site. With a problem that detailed it realy cant be narrowed down to one thing. The good thing is you have enough wrong that you actualy benifit from their flat rate fee's for repair.
Me on the other end ended up paying $200 for them to replace a fuse. :( So yeah look up the repair centers number, give them a call and they will tell you what you need to do. The unit is repairable.
Some where else in this site it said to hold the menu and map button while powering it on. I did that and it fixed my touchscreen problem, however I did loose all data, but I have that saved on my PC.
