MultiScreen, start menu to all?

Is there a program out there I could use or somekind of tweak so I would have the same start menu on every screen. cloned basicly.

Or something to this direction?

    TaskBar (freeware)

    • It adds second taskbar to the extended desktop on Monitor 2

    • It can add third taskbar to the second Extended monitor if you have 3 monitors setup.
    • It shows only applications from that Monitor

    • It hides the applications on Monitor 2 and 3 from normal Windows Taskbar
    • Adds a Move to Monitor button to windows applications (XP).
    • Add Text Clipboard Extender
    • Buttons to roll-right the taskbar (good for full screen Remote Desktop)
    • Very carefully written, I don't want to crash my own desktop!

Right click the desktop, go to display properties. Clear the box which says "Extend my Desktop to this monitor" for the second monitor.

If your video card has it's own device manager (in the lower right hand corner of the task bar), you would find a similar setting.

Ekse, I'm sorry I didn't completely understand your problem. You didn't say how many screens you had - usually when people have multiple screens, they mean two.

I assume that if you have 3 or more screens, you may be in a class room environment - if that's true there are some very good programs for sharing a screen with a large number of desktops.

I'm glad you found a solution that works, and thanks for the "Thanks for Trying" feedback.

Startup Windows XP

Hi,
It is possible to change your start up screen. Here is a link to the trial software necessary to do this:

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/BootXP.shtml

The application is called Bootxp and can be used to change your boot screen to whatever you like.

Best wishes,

This copy of windows did not pass genuine windows validation

Hello Srinivas

I understand that your copy of windows is showing a popup on the right side.

To remove this you can go through these links. Because Microsoft updates their Genuine Windows Validation program now and then , many old type of fixes won't work. So you have to try few to get the solution. So here are the websites which tell you what to do and how to do.

Click on the below link or Copy-paste it in the address bar of a web browser.

YOUR MENUS LOAD FASTER

This is one of my favorite tweaks as it makes a huge difference to how
fast your machine will 'feel'. What this tweak does is remove the slight
delay between clicking on a menu and XP displaying the menu.

Go to Start then Run
Type 'Regedit' then click 'Ok'
Find "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\"
Select "MenuShowDelay"
Right click and select "Modify'
Reduce the number to around "100"
This is the delay time before a menu is opened. You can set it to "0" but
it can make windows really hard to use as menus will open if you just look
at them - well move your mouse over them anyway. I tend to go for anywhere
between 50-150 depending on my mood.
