Hi if you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....
If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

puk comes from mobile phone network provider. Contact network provider for PUK code .

it comes from your sim / service provider
call customer care of your sim provider and ask them the puk,they will provide
dont enter any wrong digit
it may lock ur phone permanently

When your LG TracFone prompts you for the PUK code, do not enter any more codes. Even if you enter the correct SIM PIN, the phone will not accept it. You also cannot use an old PUK code to unlock the SIM. The PUK code is randomly generated by the carrier's network when the SIM PIN locks. You will need to get the PUK code from Tracfone. Contact TracFone customer care at 800-867-7183 for the correct code. contact ur service provider for PUK or buy a sim again, all sim have a small fuse to be vblown once the 10th time password is (PUK) wrong, try to be careful

if its the PUK code you need contact your customer service...they are the only ones that have it. as far a setting up a pin you shouldnt have to but if its asking for one most all phones default phone lock code is 1111 but the phones sercurity default lock code is 0000 once you have the PUK code and have entered it....try the 1111 first then it will have you enter it again if that dont work try the 0000 If the incorrect lock code is entered more than 3 times the phone will display "ENTER PUK". just enter the PUK code again
