I turned on my sansa fuze this morning and it stopped working. i tried charging it and it wouldnt even do that. It also wont turn on. What should i do? I plugged my Sansa Fuze 4GB MP3 player into my computer this morning and it connected. i unplugged and set up the settings like the time and date and then when i plugged it back in it didn't connect or turn on.it said that my usb was malfunctioning, then it did the same this to my laptop. i have no clue if its my mp3 player or if its my computer's USB. please help

My Mp3 refuse to work. it won't even turn on when i switch it on or plug it on my laptop, it won't turn on. My laptop said that it is undefined. Why is this happening after i bought it for 3 months? Please Help....

try holding the power slide/ button type thing in the on position until it turns off, then try turning it back on...
