Question about Panasonic KX-FL501 Plain Paper Laser Fax
Printing an incoming fax no problem, but printing a report after a fax was sent the text is not readable. The same occures when making a copy.
What could the problem be? Can you please describe for me how this works and what can I do?
Lift up the operation panel and look for debris on the small glass strip.
If that's clean, you might have a defective thermal head.
