Dear Sir! Your cell's speaker which is used to hear other person during call is dead or might be damaged . You need to take it to some repair shop to fix it.It wont cost much.

Thank you!

People can hear me but I can't hear them

I had this same problem. I shut off my phone and removed the battery and SIM card. Put them back in and turned on the phone and all works correctly again. There is some sort of oxidation or something that happens over time on the SIM card connection and it will cause weird things to happen. When you have something strange happen that you can't fix any other way, just remove the SIM card and put it back in...many times that will do the trick.

You've either gotten in wet, a small tear in one of the cables, or the speaker itself has gone bad.

I recommend www.wirelesunlimitedinc.com, or www.myspace.com/wirelessunlimited.

They can help with that and they have parts in stock.

Fast turn around and affordable.

Check the middle button on the side. Hold it in and raise the earpiece volume to the highest before you throw the phone away.
