Error for canon np 0e65, how to slove this problem

Sounds like a bad control panel. Unfortunately I've had to replace quite a few of those when I use to work for Canon on those models.
Try this, press really ******* any key see it changes.Not sure if you are tech oriented but you can remove the panel and get to the main board ( a lot of tiny screws) but not hat hard, once you get to the board you can push the buttons on it and see if it changes.
