Lexmark Z640 Printer only prints to 99% and then... (by 2 users)

Lexmark Z640 Printer only prints to 99% and then stops & needs to be closed. Can not print another document until the computer is restarted. How do I get it to print 100% so that I can print again? Please advise Sylvia I have the same problem with a Lexmark X1185 All-In-One: prints 99% (but actually 100%), then it won't print any more stuff I've sent to print until I restart the computer. Most frustrating! I've downloaded a new driver, but the problem has not gone away. Arrg!
