Hi from France,

All washing machines need to be 'level' and not able to rock. Spin cycles tend to show unballanced/level machines 'best'!
Is it possible that the concrete has been worn in some place(s) under the feet? If so:-

There are (normaly) 4 feet and at least the 2 front ones are adjustable- sometimes all 4 but the rear ones are difficult to get at!
You need to ensure that the front feet are adjusted/screwed down tight to the floor. In my experience washing machines are delivered with a flat spanner to facilitate otherwise an adjustable will be required. If one foot is easy to turn THAT is the one which needs screwing down until it becomes fairly difficult to turn further. Check by rocking the machine fairly hard- without moving its position on the floor.

Hope this cures,

Cheers,
John C

Because front load washers are VERY HEAVY, they shake if you have a wooden floor. If your front loader sits on concrete and it still shakes, then you have to make sure all is balanced. If it still shakes, then inside the system there are shock absorbers that need to be checked.

Washing machine rocks very hard during the spin

If the machine is not on a very stable surface...such as concrete....this can happen particularly if the machine is now on a timber floor. The floor literally vibrates in sympathy with the machine.
If however this is the same machine now showing this on the same surface then either something has come adrift inside or the stabilising in it has failed in some way or it has a bent main shaft in which case you will need a Techo service call.

Major shaking during spin cycle

I have the exact same washing machine with the same problem. It is a poor design and Maytag knows it. We should be entitled to a refund. This was a very expensive machine.

Excessive vibration on spin cycle.

Front loaders are prone to vibration problems. Don't want to go into the technical details of why, but it's important that they're placed on very solid surface (preferably concrete or tile), and checked that their feet have been adjusted so that the machine is level. Unfortunately, most people don't have a concrete pad for their washer. One simple option to consider is to provide dampening of the vibrations. This can be done very simply as this one fellow demonstrates. The main thing to keep in mind with this solution is that it is merely trying to dampen the vibrations. Don't be too forceful in your own solution (think lightly touching the top of a vibrating tuning fork with your finger to stop the tone).
