In short you cant fix it.
Switch camera on and activate the flask and put to your ear
If you hear a high pitched whistle the capacitor is charginf - so this would indicate the tube has blown
No whistle then the capacitor has blown.
Either way - New Camera - A repairs is not likely

The built in flash has stopped working

There is a small switch inside the flash flip up and it will get broken. Can only be replaced by someone with experience. You will do more damage to the camera trying to fix it. You can purchase a replacement for about $35 on Ebay or now is the time to upgrade.

My nikon D90 felldown from my hand and now the flsh not working ; i mean it pup up but no liting

Assuming you don't have the flash turned off, the most likely scenario is that the drop broke something. It could be a loose or broken wire, or a damaged flash tube. Without an actual examination it's impossible to diagnose the exact problem.
If you know how to repair cameras, you can order a replacement flash head here. Otherwise, take the camera in to an authorized Nikon shop and have them take a look at it.
Yes, I know either option will cost money. But if the flash is broken, it's broken.

Flash is'nt working on my Moultrir Camra

There is not going to be an easy fix for this problem. An electronic component is going to have to be replaced. It is easy for a camera flash to burn itself out from dew or moisture condensation inside the camera. All it takes is one drop of water in the right spot when the camera flash is fired, and the 300v tidal wave from the flash capacitor crashes into the sensitive 5v microchips(only 20v is needed to damage them.) I would sell it "as-is" or "broken" online somewhere to try to recover some money.

Flash not working

Hey influenza,
Nearly dropping the camera should not affect the operation of the flash unless the flash was extended and you caught the camera by the flash and it is somehow physically damaged. What is more likely is the camera is either set to a mode that doesn't allow the flash to operate, or the flash is set to auto off. Directions on how to turn the flash on or off start on page 34 of your camera manual. I have included a link to a PDF download of your camera manual in case you need it. I hope this helps!

Flash not working

It is possible a defect or that it has been dropped. Switch to flash and put to your ear -can you hear the capacitor charging up - [a feint whistle]? If it does not function return to vendor as defective.

No flash pictures

by dropping you can damage the charging circuit of the flash unit. flash tube is the later part. it seems that the charging circuit of the camera is not working thus it hangs the camera when flash is switched on.
